Grafana MCP Server

Grafana's official server lets Claude or Cursor search dashboards, query metrics and logs, and look into alerts, incidents and on-call schedules. It can also edit dashboards and open incidents, so start it with --disable-write and a narrowly scoped service account if you only want answers.
