Privacy policy

This draft says what the v1 site collects. It is not in effect until it is reviewed. YourAIKit products are workflow tools. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice.

What this site collects

If you use the email form, we receive the address you type. The form posts to this site. When Resend is connected, the Worker adds that address to a Resend segment. Until the Resend key and segment id are set, the address is not stored. The kit builder at /build/ uses that same form. It asks you to check a box before the address is sent, because the email is also a newsletter signup. The kit itself stays on the page. The address is the only new field.

If you buy something, Stripe collects the card details, the email used at checkout, and the billing details tax rules require. YourAIKit does not receive your card number. The webhook, once connected, receives the checkout email and the product metadata so Resend can send the download link. We do not put the card number in that email.

The documents, transcripts, and notes you paste into your own AI tools are not sent to YourAIKit.

Cookies and analytics

v1 does not set analytics cookies and does not load a third-party tracker. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes IP addresses and request logs to run and protect the network. That processing is described in Cloudflare's own policy.

Who else handles data

• Cloudflare, for hosting the site and the Worker.
• Stripe, for card payments, receipts, and (if enabled) Stripe Tax, once buy buttons are connected.
• Resend, for the newsletter segment, and for the download-link email once the Stripe webhook is connected.

How long

A newsletter address stays in Resend until you unsubscribe or it is deleted there. Purchase records stay with Stripe under Stripe's retention rules and as tax law requires. Download emails stay in Resend under Resend's retention rules. Worker logs are for operations. The subscribe handler and the webhook do not write the email address or the API keys into those logs.

Your requests

You can ask to unsubscribe, for a copy of the address we hold, or for deletion of that address. The contact mailbox is not published in this draft. Until it is, use the unsubscribe link in a message you actually receive from Resend, or the receipt tools Stripe provides.

Children

The site is for working adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect a child's address.

Changes

When this draft is replaced, the date at the top of the page will change.
